This is your Kin on Track News Flash coming to you from the Rotary Complex in Stratford as we await the guest of honour, Roger Howson, who we will be installing as a Life Member this evening.

In Old Business, we’d like to congratulate our newest Life Member, Darryl Van Moorsell, from the Greater London Kinsmen Club.

For the Good of Kin:

Upcoming Anniversaries coming up prior to our next Kin on Track News Flash include the Beaver Valley Kinette Club who celebrate their 21st anniversary on November 22, and the Lucknow and District Kinsmen club who also celebrate 50 years on November 30.

Congratulations to Randy Sidnu, Kin Canada’s new executive Director, who will lead our Association into our next era of growth, innovation, investment and community impact.

Upcoming Events:

  • November 16th is the Sip and Hop hosted by the Drayton Kinette Club
  • November 24th is the Sign Night Fundraiser hosted by the Palmerston and District Kinette Club, and the Men’s Steak Night hosted by the Chesley Kinsmen Club
  • November 25th is the Aylmer Kinsmen Club’s Santa Claus Parade
  • December 2nd is Christmas in the Village hosted by the Hensall and District Kinette Club, Pictures with Santas hosted by the Fort Erie Kinette Club, and the 2nd annual smoked meat night hosted by the Aylmer Kinsmen Club
  • December 4th is the Annual Xmas Craft and Artisan Sale hosted by the Guelph Kinette Club, and the Holiday Wreath Workshop hosted by the Drayton Kinette Club

In Other News:

We’d like to once again thank the Windsor Kin Club for hosting a successful FLC. The auction items you gathered and tickets sold raised $1,785, to which they decided to up the amount to $2,500 in addition to the $300 raised from the live auction. Thank you again!

Making a first appearance at FLC in Windsor was our newest Kin beer. Described as an outstanding lager, crisp, clean and full bodied while raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis, contact your District 1 service team to obtain yours.
