Reminder that completed Accredited Delegate forms must be submitted to credentials [snail] kincanada [period] ca before midnight on July 15th.
The AGM on August 20th will be a hybrid meeting, which means ADs and alternates can attend in person or virtually.
Below is a list of District 1 members who will be attending either virtually or in person, and are willing to carry your club's vote. At this time, all votes are expected to be show-of-hands, NOT ballot It is critical that your club's AD be able to vote for your club, and not be representing another club.
Please contact them about being an AD or alternate to make sure they know how you would like them to vote on important issues such as the budget and headquarters building.
