District Secretary

Hello Fellow Kin,

My name is Patti Lamb, and I'll be taking on the role of District Secretary for the 2026/27 Kin year. I’ve been a member of the Goderich Kinette Club for 15 years, and within my Club, I’ve held the positions of Risk Manager, Membership Director, Secretary, Treasurer, and President.

For the past three years, I’ve been honoured to be one of two Deputy Governors for Zone K. Being a Deputy Governor was a very educational and rewarding experience and allowed me to meet some pretty wonderful people. It was my introduction to truly see how District 1 and the larger Kin Canada organization functions. Too often, we don’t look beyond our own club and embrace all that Kin has to offer.

I’m looking forward to learning and growing in my new role as District Secretary. I’m hoping to embrace the opportunities for new experiences and can’t wait to reconnect with those I’ve already crossed paths with, while at the same time meeting many more wonderful Kin members.

In my personal life, I’m the wife of a dairy farmer, retired Museum Registrar, Mom to 3 wonderful children, and Grandma to 6 adorable grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, painting, photography, choral singing, and although my knees no longer let me participate in fastball or volleyball, I still enjoy golf, kayaking, and pickleball…and of course watching my kids and grandkids play all the sports I no longer can.
