Zone A Kin Deputy Governor

I am a proud member of the Kinette Club of Guelph and have been part of Kin Canada for 8 years. Giving back has always been a big part of my life. I started volunteering with Scouts Canada as a Rover at 18 and went on to serve as a Scouter for over 35 years before dedicating my volunteer time fully to Kin.

I am a wife, mom of 4 and very proud Nana of 8. Outside of Kin, I enjoy camping, board games and playing darts.

I have had the honour of serving as Deputy Governor for three terms, including my current term with Zone A, and have been fortunate to receive several Kin awards, including Deputy Governor of the Year (2021), Outstanding Zone (2022), Maple Leaf Award (2022), and Founder’s Award (2025).

But what I treasure most about Kin isn’t the titles or awards—it’s the people. The friendships, fellowship, support, laughter and opportunity to make a difference in our communities are what keep me coming back. Kin has given me so much, and I feel truly blessed to give back and be part of this amazing Kin family.

I’m excited, honoured and a little bit crazy enough to do it all again as part of Team M&M for the 2026/2027 season!
