Home ~ Welcome to District 1 Kin
Kin Canada members are a diverse group of men and women of all ages and backgrounds that come together on a regular basis to "Serve the Community's Greatest Need".
By doing so, members experience the satisfaction that comes with personal involvement.
There are approximately 450 Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin clubs from coast to coast making up more than 6000 members nation wide. District One consists of 87 Kinsmen, Kinette and Kin Clubs in Southern / Southwestern Ontario, led by Governors Eileen George and Tim Natyshak.
Our founder, Hal Rogers (1899-1994), organized the first Kinsmen meeting of 11 young men on Feb. 20th, 1920 at the Namking Cafe in Hamilton, ON.
Since that day, Kinsmen & Kinettes foster a proud (sub 2021 1920) year history of serving our communities and Cystic Fibrosis.
To date Kin have donated close to $48 million dollars to Cystic Fibrosis research and over $1 billion to Canadian communities.
