Blime! What fun we had at British Invasion 2010. The speaches lead off Saturday's business and 3 guests from National came to up date us on their work in progress. With a few "challenges to the chair" we accepted the incoming Governors' team budgets. Little did we know that was a set-up for the Past Governors' club initiation for current Governor Judy. Some peole know how to use all opportunities, pub crawl Friday night.
Business was completed by 2 pm each day that left plenty of time for the day trips, shopping, swimming and fellowship.
The March In both nights had a colour guard down a cobble stone walkway, that set the mood of the awards and celebrations to take place. Congratulations to all our award winners.Good luck at National level. Over $179,000.00 Service dollars have been raised by May 23, 2010. Give yourselves a pat on the back. With many projected scheduled in the next 2 months I am sure this amount will grow.
Your Governors elect are Norm McColl and Elaine Couch. The Vice-governors elect are Dan Strugar and Colleen Wake. And the host for Spring Convention 2011 will be the Preston Kin with "Boot Camp" as its theme.
Remember FLC will be hosted by Collingwood Kinettes November 5 to 7, 2010 with the theme: Graceland North.

Thank you to the clubs of Zone F for your kinship and support for the last 2 years during my term as your Deputy Governor. Next year under the leadership of Melissa Cassivi and Brad Bedford, the Deputy Governors elect, Zone F will accomplish great feats. Keep up the great work you each do for your communities and the support you give your fellow club members.
Once the "house that zone F built" arrives back to me I will be able to determine where it's final home will be. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product. Thank you for participating in this green project.
